Ten Things I Like About God

“The Lord is the true God. He is the living God and the everlasting King” (Jeremiah 10:10).

Ten things that I like about God:

1. He doesn’t need anybody to make Him God. He always was and always will be.

2. He is greater than all of my thoughts about Him.

3. His mercy triumphs over judgment.

4. He has a plan for how all things will turn out in the end. And it is a good plan.

5. He is trustworthy, not fickle or capricious.

6. He is on the side of the poor and disadvantaged.

7. He sees the little guy.

8. He loves to communicate with us in many ways.

9. He forgives when we mess up and want to be right with Him again.

10. His love took Him to the cross, and His power took Him out of the tomb.
